Good news for fans in Scotland, and those visiting in early September! Scotcon, which includes Outlander Con will be taking place on 3rd and 4th September at the Royal Highland Centre in Ingliston, near Edinburgh. Stars already signed up include Steven Cree (Ian Fraser) and Graham McTavish (Dougal MacKenzie).
